There are 2 services this coming Sunday. There is a shorter service of Holy Communion at 9:00am (with no hymns). At 10:30am, our main service is the all age family service, when we will be thinking about Psalm 139.
Church Summer BarbecueYou are warmly invited to this year's church barbecue, which will take place on Sunday 27 July after the service. Please sign up at the back of church.
Safeguarding TrainingAnybody who helps out in any way at church needs to do Basic Awareness safeguarding training every three years. Although this can be completed online at
https://safeguardingtraining.cofeportal.org/, there is an in person session at Christ Church, Moreton Hall in Bury St Edmunds on Wednesday 17 September 9:30am - 12:00pm. If you would like to attend in person, please contact Alex Cubitt or Peter.
There is also an in-person Foundation Safeguarding session at at Christ Church, Moreton Hall in Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday 2 October 2:00pm - 4:30pm. Again, if you would like to attend this, please contact Alex Cubitt or Peter.
VJ80 Commemoration SuffolkA VJ Commemoration Service is being organised on Friday 15 August 2025 at 2.30 pm in Bury St Edmunds. The organisers would like to include and invite those from Suffolk who were personally affected by the historical events. If you know of any surviving veterans, their spouses, widows and descendent children who may be known to you and are fit enough to attend the Service, please let them know. Folk Night at Woolpit St Mary with The KimberleysThe Kimberleys are bringing their stunning folk music to the beautiful Woolpit St Mary on 11th July at 7pm. Known for their rich harmonies and traditional songs, they offer a performance that is both powerful and intimate.
