Mike Schofield, our treasurer, spoke of the financial challenge we face at St John’s. We are very grateful for all who are able to contribute. If you would like to give regularly to the church, you can set up a direct debit through the Parish Giving Scheme. If you would rather not set it up online, paper forms are available at the back of church.

Next Sunday's main service is our monthly all age at 10:30am. There is also a short service of Holy Communion at 9:00am.

11 May is Mission Sunday and we have a guest speaker, Alex McCann. There is also a Church “Bring & Share Lunch” afterwards – please sign up on the sheet at the back of church or email elmswellrector@gmail.com if you would like to come (and what food item you can bring).

If you are still feeling hungry after that, the next Men's Breakfast is on Saturday 17 May at 8:30am. Please sign up on the sheet at the back of church.
